In recent years the world has seen one disaster after another. It seems like there is not even enough time to clean up one mess before the next earthquake, flood or tsunami takes away lives and devastates land.
During the winter of 1994/95 I was living in Santa Barbara when El Nino brought massive flooding in the area I lived. I was out of town when the water flooded my place and damaged everything below the 2 foot line. I returned home to mud everywhere and a full week of exhausting clean up. If had not been for The Red Cross I don’t know what I would have done. They provided emergency funds, food and paid for temporary housing while we looked for a new place to live.
Starting today, I will be donating 5% of all weddings and portrait sessions that are booked between now and April 31.
